Description:

ChesNuc reviewed and revised the entire Radiation Safety and Environmental Monitoring Programs for this RCRA Part B-permitted mixed waste processing facility. ChesNuc performed the annual Radiation Safety assessment and authored the facility’s annual Environmental Monitoring Reports. Support included interface with Agreement State regulators during license renewal and 10 CFR 61-based license applications, the development and implementation of an environmental monitoring measurement and reporting database, a septic system characterization, contamination event investigations, dose assessments, and onsite radiological engineering staff augmentation.
